Take the only exit out of Marksistskaya subway station. Out of the glass doors, go straight up the stairs. Once you come out into the street, keep going straight for another 60 meters. There will be a white and yellow 4-storey detached period house to your right, enter the territory through the metal gate, and enter the building, then go down the hall to the stairs and up to the third floor. Once you reach the third floor, go right down the hall, at the end of it turn left, and you will see our office No. 306.
